Requirements:
- Experience with telecommunication working at least 4 years.
- Experience in presale, know the Ukraine telecom market, especially in VAS field.
- Know the direction of the VAS development.
- Ability to develop the Market, sociability and easily communicated with others.
- Knowledge in basic construction GSM/GPRS/CDMA networks. Protocols SSN7 (CAP, MAP, INAP, ISUP, MTP), 3GPP.
- Knowledge and work experience in developing relationships with customers.
- Know the application and trend of three big operators (KS, Life, and MTS): Intelligent Network (Prepaid, MVPN, and FPH Services), WAP Gateway, SMS Center, MMS Center, AAA server, RBT (Ring Back Tone Service), LBS (Location Base Service), etc.
- Have idea how to develop the services in the previous points.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities:
- Project implementation of RBT\VAS equipment in Ukraine; include RBT/WIN/UIN which includes installation, testing and maintenance.
- Learning Huawei RBT/WIN/UIN products.
- Provide technical support or services to our customer, enhance the customer satisfaction.
- Provide training to customers to improve their familiarity to our products.
