Job Purpose: to provide proper written and oral translation for the organization needs; to coordinate the pool of external translators, providing services to the Alliance Ukraine on a consultancy basis, including editing and proof-reading translations. 

Work conditons: for the period of maternity leave of the main employee. 

Core Requirements:

·         Strong commitment to confronting HIV/AIDS and motivation to work.

·         University degree in translation is required.

·         2+ years of working experience as a translator. Experience in international organization and in the sphere of public health is preferable.

·         Perfect translation/interpreting skills is required.

·         Excellent speaking and writing skills for a range of audiences (Russian, Ukrainian and English).

·         Ability to coordinate and control the work performed by others.

·         Analytical skills and attention to details.

·         Able to work under pressure, handle several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

·         High level of computer literacy. Knowledge of CAT tools, including Wordfast is an advantage.

·         Excellent typing skills
