Requirements:

• Experience with telecommunication equipment at least 3 years.
• Experience in presale, know the Ukraine telecom market, especially in VAS and enterprise field.
• Has the knowledge of Video,streaming and Call center.
• Ability to develop the Market, sociability and easily communicated with others.
• Knowledge and work experience in developing relationships with customers.
• Have idea how to develop the services in the previous points.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support or services to our customer, enhance the customer satisfaction.
• Provide training to customers to improve their familiarity to our products.
• Responsible for Enterprise solutions developing, such as Call center, VOIP, conference solution, etc.
• Communicate with Enterprise products with related colleagues and customer.
