If you are a Senior Java developer with 3-4 years of development experience and have:

-Strong understanding of OOP/OOD principles

-Strong knowledge of Java 5/6 language and core libraries

-Experience in writing JUnit tests

-Successful experience in Java code refactoring

-Good understanding and experience in using design patterns

-Experience with the following technologies: Spring, Hibernate, Tapestry, XML.

-Team-working experience with shared code ownership and VCS (preferably Perforce)

-Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL)

-Good written and spoken English

-A passion for learning and collaborating
