GroupDocs, a division of a leading SaaS vendor specialized in development of web-based, API-driven document management tools, is looking for a Developer Evangelist to join our growing team.
What is a Developer Evangelist? The job of an evangelist is to raise awareness for our products in developer communities. The person for this role will write blog entries / articles, create demos and code samples, participate in discussions on Stack Overflow, build relationships with developers through social media, etc.
We are looking for someone who has development background, can talk to developers using their "native" language and likes blogging and participating in technical communities.
The person for this role will be responsible for activities that inspire developers to engage with our technology, as well as educate and help them to integrate our tools into their own apps.

Desired qualifications:
BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree.
1+ years work experience as a software developer. Ideally one or more of the following languages: Java, .NET, PHP, Python, Ruby, JS. Talented at explaining complex topics clearly and concisely, and effective at providing practical guidance.
Ability and willingness to regularly write and publish technical content in the form of blogs, articles or slide presentations.
Excellent written English communication skills is a must.
Blogging experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate:

You like to code, but love to talk about it even more.
You enjoy blogging about your technical discoveries.
You participate in communities like Stack Overflow, Twitter, Hacker News, etc.
You keep up with new technologies, trying many of them out for yourself.

What you'll do:
Drive awareness of GroupDocs' developer technologies via interactions with the developer community through a variety of channels, including blogs, wiki articles, social media, code samples, etc.
Develop a strong presence on developer-oriented forums such as StackOverflow, Quora, etc. by posting articles, thought-leading commentary and providing Q&A.
Manage the track on the GroupDocs blog and social media accounts (G+, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin), and create content for these channels.
Generate technically interesting content like blog posts, tutorials, examples and demos for GroupDocs products.
Create case studies and compelling stories about why developers should integrate with GroupDocs.
Help developers integrate GroupDocs tools into their apps.
