Required skills:

• 3+ years experience in testing;
• Strong knowledge and understanding of desktop and web-applications testing.
• Basic knowledge of database testing.
• Requirements analytical processing, knowledge of requirements management.
• Strong knowledge of test planning techniques and approaches, the beginner's skills of usage the test design tools.
• Excellent in test execution.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of features and differences of modern and main development processes/cycles, ability to demonstrate work in certain development model. Basic understanding of RUP and Waterfall.
• Strong knowledge of testing processes and excellent in defect tracking
• Practical knowledge of any wide-spread bugtracking system usage(e.g. Jira) or knowledge and understanding such systems main features. Basic in source-control systems (e.g. SVN) usage.
• Practical, basic skills of test management tools usage.
• English at least technical level
• Automation skills as plus (Selenium+Java).
