Responsibilities:

manage products/projects (from pre-sale to delivery stages); manage project team; supervise requirements; manage requests for changes; handle incoming requests from support teams; project requirements analysis; project budget proposal and decision making; involvement into project , schedule and budget negotiations with customer; project plan development and maintenance including schedule plan, test plan, quality plan, team plan, etc.

Requirements:

1+ years of proven experience in project management, including start-up and existing projects development; intermediate English both written and spoken; strong leadership, ability to manage existing team of 5-10 people, 2-5 projects in the same time; pro-active, able to work with tough deadlines; strong analysis skills; good management skills and ability to execute; self-driven, goal-oriented; excellent team-building abilities; good technical background in web-development (PHP, html+css, mysql, javascript) is a plus;
