Our company is inviting talented and highly motivated JAVA developer to join our team in the new project: Video Conferencing. Technical lead and management will be based in Woodlands, Texas.

Video Conferencing project will build a web-based multiple point video conferencing subsystem that will allow five types of media sharing: Video, Media, Desktop, White Boarding, Chat .

Technical requirements:

1) Strong Java skills (deep knowledge of core Java)

2) Experience in Multi-Point Conference and Video Engines

3) Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Velocity)

Experience with Apple Applications is preferable (Iphone and other Apple Computing).

General requirements:· Ability to produce high quality results in the rapid and efficient manner.· Good communication and interpersonal skills.· Result-oriented person.· Self-organized person with analytical thinking; · Ability to work successful either individually or as part of a team.· Intermediate English level.
