Legal Consultant (Legal / Financial Services Group)

Key responsibilities:

• research the legal database and the court practice
• draft legal advice under supervision of a senior legal consultant or manager
• assist senior consultants and managers with drafting proposals and responses to clients' requests
• assist with drafting of marketing materials for the legal practice

Qualifications:

• university Degree in Law (completed studies)

• studies (e.g., LLM) in a recognized foreign university/college is a plus

Knowledge and experience:

• good basic legal knowledge of Civil, Corporate, Investment
• basic knowledge in Energy law and Banking & Finance law is a plus
• fluent written and spoken English
• prior legal work experience in a leading law firm or a Big 4 is a plus
