Our Requirements:

* University degree

* 2-3 years of relevant experience

* Knowledge (both theoretical and practical) of corporate, contract and civil/commercial law, currency control regulations, M&A / legal due diligence

* Analytical and critical thinking

* Project and time management skills

* Ability to work in a team, flexibility

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* High level of self-motivation, proactiveness and commitment to results

* Fluent spoken and written Ukrainian, English and Russian

* Strong business writing skills

* IT literacy (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)

As a Legal Advisor you will:

* Research and advise on various legal matters, including corporate, contract, civil/ commercial law and currency control regulations;

* Conduct legal due diligence on Ukrainian companies, including on-site visits

* Act as a subject matter expert in specific legal areas or industries

* Supervise the work of junior colleagues and review their deliverables

* Lead and develop junior staff
