The purpose of the position: General Manager is responsible for overseeing the software development activities, manage daily operational, and HR affairs of our Kiev subsidiary. The GM is also responsible for coordinating activities with the US office, and provides status reports to executives.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include overseeing the management of all activities including administrative, software development, internal/external support services and strict software development methodology – requirements definition, functional specification, technical design, construction, testing suites and release.

Qualifications:
•5+ years experience as General Manager with medium size Software Company.
•15+ years of work experience with at least the last 5 years with a US/European software company.
•Background in project management.
•Strong understanding of SDLC.
•Fluency in English.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Executive presence and ability to present ideas at executive management
•High Integrity, respect for individuals and teams, high creativity
•High energy and success driven attitude a must
•Methodical, organized, believer in the value of process and procedures
