Logoplaste Ukraine is looking for ADMINISTRATOR with experience at the same position in western company

Role:

To support, manage and coordinate on-going and daily issues related to operations of the company office. To perform HR administration according to corporate policy and legislation requirements. To support accounting and production departments in admnistrative funcitons.

Main requirements:

• 2-3 years of similar experience in a western company;

• Team player, вiligence, aiming for result, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, responsiveness;

• Fluent English is a MUST

• University degree; knowledge of HR procedures and Administrative functions is mandatory

• Experienced PC user (MS Office, Outlook; SAP could be advantage )

 

Responsibilities:

• Administration of visits (airport transfers, hotels, taxis, appartments), phone calls, inflow / outflow correspondence, preparation of corporate events and meetings;

• Organization of central office needs: phone, internet, housekeeping, mineral water, stationary, courier service, canteen etc.;

• Organization, communication, control of work performance with/ by vendors rendering services to the company office incl. purchase orders preparation in SAP and control of documents receipt;

• HR administration and control: hiring and dismissal, employees engagement, preparation of HR orders, HR procedures and HR policies, HR reports, coordination of employees appraisal;

• Preperation and review of employment contracts to ensure they are up-to-date;

• Manage personal information, personal folders in order to ensure that all information is updated and properly stored;

• Outsourcing of production employees during seasonal demands (search of employees and coordination of activities with outsourcing company);

• Preparation and collection of all needed information for payroll of permanent and temporary employees;

• Ensure proper management of documents related to vacations, sick leaves, business trips;

• Control and support of payroll process in coordination with accounting department;

• Monitor bank cards emissions, reissuing, termination;

• Сooridnation of medical insurance program for all employees;

• Coordination of medical surveys for production employees;

• Coordination of activities related to registration of foreign employees;

• Translation of documents EN/RU/UA;
