Executive - Experienced, Corporate Finance

Responsibilities:

Participating in various valuation projects (business, shares, fixed assets, others), financial modeling, capital raising and M&A transactions:

• market researches;
• analysis of operational, financial and other information;
• modeling;
• application of market, income and/or cost approaches;
• report writing.

Requirements:

• University degree;
• Experience in valuation projects
• Knowledge of financial accounting, valuation methods, market comparison valuation;
• Good writing skills -Ukrainian, English and Russian;
• PC literate;
• Analytical skills, attentive to details;
• Ready to learn and work hard
