GroupDocs.com, a member of the Aspose group of companies, is now looking for a Product Group Leader to lead our product teams.

You'll feel right at home working with us if you have:• MS/BS degree in Computing Sciences or equivalent• Minimum 5 years' group lead and development experience• Experience in handling low-level file/persistence formats such as .doc, docx. .pdf, or similar / document management systems• Thorough understanding of Microsoft technologies (in particular .NET), software development life cycle, implementing production level systems in a rapid development environment.• Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive.• Worked in an agile/scrum development team where code is developed with full test coverage, with daily deployment cycles.• Sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills; love approaching a hard coding challenge.• Excellent English, written and spoken communication skills.• General ability and willingness to adapt to work on any platform which is being targeted by your team including different technologies, languages and platforms• Ability to maintain own work flow and work under minimal supervision. • You have hired multiple teams and managed groups of developers in the past.
Technical skills required: - Good architecture skills, wide knowledge of .NET framework, OO development and high performance .NET applications - involvement with component or commercial product development will be a big advantage.Nice to have (but not essential):- Java background
