We develop innovative server backed mobile applications with beautiful user experiences for iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry, and BREW devices.We have an expanding stable of products including MusicID [iPhone|Android|Others] and LyricsID [iPhone]. We also do interesting projects for large telecom, media, and device companies.Developer ResponsibilitiesWork out of our office and be willing to engage with team members on very collaborative development efforts. Depending on your position, lead a small team or work well within that team. Either way, self-motivation and good communication skills are key.Learn old codebases and architect new client application software modules. Efficiently implement new features and bug fixes while writing elegant, maintainable code.Design and implement object oriented wrappers for REST-style APIs.Apply understanding of platform specific user interface conventions while working with designers to craft the best possible user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science with some professional experience or 4+ years of degree equivalent experience

• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, object oriented design, and user experience fundamentals

• Professional experience programming with the MVC pattern in a modern mobile application framework

• Experience using modern version control systems

• Able to professionally communicate with clients and coworkers on the phone, in email, and in person

Bonus Qualifications:

• Expert level understanding of the Android user interface framework

• Experience publishing applications throughthe Android Market

• Experience building robust Services or Background Tasks that minimally impact battery life

• Experience targeting multiple screen sizes and SDK versions with a single app

• Experience designing network APIs for resource limited mobile clients

• Experience building, documenting, and supporting library APIs for use by internal or external developers

• Experience with visual or interaction design

• Experience with digital media (especially music related)
