Job Description :

The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing, entrepreneurial environment. Individual must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.  Individuals should be experts in the object-oriented programming.  Individual must be a creative thinker, confident and able to express ideas in a clear, well thought out manner. Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines is a must. Teamwork, solid written and oral communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet are expected. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have strong multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Application design and development in an MVC framework.
• Understand and contribute to a large existing codebase, including new features, refactoring and debugging.
• Identify and solve technical problems
• Implement complex requirements and work with a deep dependency chain
• Plan and prioritize work for large projects into phased deliverables
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of solid Web 2.0 Ajax Application Development
• Expert HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
• Expert in object-oriented design and problem solving
• Learns new languages, skills, and technologies quickly, with minimal guidance
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Familiar with web standards and protocols - HTML, Cookies, HTTP, SOAP, REST

Would be a plus:

• Experience with MySQL/Oracle , Tomcat
• Experience with Linux - Centos preferred.
