Required skills:

3+ years in managing of software developer team; 

Agile/SCRUM team lead or SCRUM-master experience; 

Experience in managing of dev. team; 

PHP, C++, Java development experience; 

JavaScript, XML, CSS, DHTML knowledge; 

Understanding and usage experience with Continuous Integration, Unit Testing, Automated Testing, Coverage;

Database design experience as plus; 

Main responsibilities:

Development and work organization of Agile/XP/Scrum dev. team;

Web-applications development;

Take an active part in development/management  of product requirements in continuous interaction with Product Owners;

Take an active part in improvement of development processes, implementation of Agile development methods;
