Responsibilities:
· Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
· Organization and implementation of all the blocks of the system of personnel management: recruitment, hiring, adaptation, motivation, retention, performance evaluation, training and development, working with personnel reserve, team building activities and conflict management, participation in the planning staff.
· Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
The successful candidate must have:
· Male, age 28-38 years.
· Experience in the position of HR manager (generalist) for at least 3-5 years.
· Experience in the IT company.
· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent. Masters degree preferred.
· Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, training preferred.
· English at an Advanced level at a minimum, must be able to read / write / converse in English.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and Procedures to ensure building a strong and well-functioning team.
· Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Effective oral and written communication.
