A Ukrainian division of the US-based IT company which provides a wide range of products including but not limited to Domain registration, SSL certificates, Web hosting, DNS/Email hosting, etc has vacancies in Technical Support Department. The company is growing rapidly and we are looking for talented individuals who are seeking a position of Technical Support Representative/System Administrator.
As a technical support representative you will be responsible for providing technical support to the customers and for maintaining the infrastructure. Most of communications with the clients are done trough a helpdesk system, so an intermediate knowledge of written English is required. On the other hand we do not require spoken English and will not ask you to provide phone support.
To apply for this role, you must have:∙ intermediate level of English (reading, writing)∙ experience in linux operating system∙ understanding of network protocols∙ experience in managing web hosting applications (Apache, PHP, Perl, MySQL, DNS, Mail, FTP etc.)∙ good understanding of DNS∙ experience in virtualization technologies(xen, openvz).
You should be a good team player and fast learner.

Salary level varies from 600 to 2000$Salary is based on the interview results.
