Responsibilities:

·         Conducting day-to-day legal support for the business

·         Interpret laws rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses

·         Prepare legal briefs and opinions

·         Advising on currency, tax, civil, labor and other legislation aspects

·         Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Requirements:

·         Bachelor or Master degree in law, preferably from leading university

·         At least 2 year experience as a Lawyer

·         Awareness of financial legislation is a plus

·         Ability to think out of the box

·         Proactive character and strong problem-solving skills

·         Team player

·         Awareness of tax legislation would be a plus

·         Russian and Ukrainian native speaker

·         English would be a plus
