Responsibilities:

• Train site supervision engineers and give them strong support
• Approve subcontractors' civil work design document and keep the subcontractors strictly follow the design document
• Develop safe and effective solutions and methods to tackle problems in the construction process
• Develop a good relationship with customer's civil work manager
• Support civil work activities by providing relevant design criteria, documentation, and design reviews
• Assess the quality of work on site against the specification and the relevant Ukraine standards
• The management for subcontractor/supplier/transporter's performance
• The management for site engineer's performance
• The management for site schedule/acceptance plan
• The risk management for site's implementation and variation

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree
• Major in civil engineering
• Minimum 3 years of extensive experience on civil engineering design and construction site management at large scale projects, preferably some experience as a civil engineering consultant in supervising contractor's work on behalf of the owner
• Ability to design tower for mobile communication base station
• Familiar with Ukraine construction standards
• English can be as a working language
• Willing to work hard and go on frequent business trip
