International company is looking for QTP Automation to expand its team in Kyiv officeMain functions:

• Analyze end user testing requirements;
• Design and Architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy testing requirements;
• Develop functional/regression automated test solutions using QTP;
• Develop custom function/sub-routine libraries to support automated testing solutions;
• Direct and assist junior automation developers in their work;
• Train/mentor junior automation developers and test automation end users;
• Develop/enhance and document automation testing methodology;
• Design a solid automation framework where test scripts are reusable and easily maintained;
• Perform identification and implementation of the automation framework, environment; approach, and methodologies which will be used for automated testing;
• Design, implement and maintain test strategies, test plans and test scripts for functional;
• Develop detailed documentation to support the automation effort;
• Execute test scripts;
• Report detailed defects description through defect tracking tool;
• Work closely with the Load tests engineer to develop mutual processes;
• Report to the director of QA;

Main requirements:

• 25-35 year old male;
• higher technical education (engineering, s/w development etc);
• upper-intermediate or fluent English;
• 3+ year intensive C and C++ development for embedded systems is a must;
• 5+ years of development for embedded platforms, ARM Linux is preferable;
• -At least two ~ three years experience with Quick Test Pro;
• -At least two ~ three years of automated testing methodology experience;
• Profound VB or VBScript programming experience;
• Very good understanding of Java Script, HTML and XML;
• Profound SQL Server database (or Oracle) experience required;
• Profound web technologies and architecture orientation;
• Solid understanding of QA (processes, approaches, methodologies, software development lifecycle, ability to apply the knowledge into daily operation);
• Strong ability in root cause analysis of issues, resolving testing issues, and driving issues to closure;
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience is an advantage
• Fluent English capabilities (read, write, speak);
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
