Sales Operations Assistant in International FMCG company Scope of Responsibility: The purpose of this position is assist to Sales Operations Coordinator with operational information and data that is necessary for planning volumes of sales and making decisions by the management of Sales Department. Core Responsibilities: • Elaborate reporting formats for sales data. • Collect information and data from sales team, direct middlemen and direct retailers. • Facilitate information implementation of global projects of the company aimed at improvement and optimization of processes of collection, processing and making statements. • Ensure processing of data from research companies and preparation of reports pursuant to the requirements of management. • Assist in managing of budget for IT projects that enhance reporting capabilities of CP Ukraine sales team. Education: Higher Education/College Degree; preferably in Economics, Marketing or Management Experience: • Must have basic understanding of Ukrainian business environment and trade; some prior business experience is preferable but not required • Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and intermediate English • Must have excellent Excel skills Maito:marina_gerasimenko@colpal.com
