Purpose of the Position: Preparation of space plans in AutoCAD in accordance to the client brief and existing site conditions based on existing building drawings. Liaise with the client regarding finalization a space plans and specifications. Participate in all design meetings and conduct minutes of these meetings. Assist in preparation of Tenders (Furniture, General Contractors, and Architects) as well as some administrative work. Requirements: - Degree in Architecture and /or Construction management - 1 year experience in the similar field - Computer skills, knowledge and experience of at least(Auto CAD, MS Office, (desirable) 3D Studio, MS Project) - Spoken English
