An international Non-banking financial institution in relation to starting up activities in Ukraine is actively seeking employees for the following position: Expert in “Human resource management” Responsibilities: • To organize and participate in the process for personnel selection and hiring; • To perform all necessary an legally required administrative actions related to human resource management, remuneration and social securities payment; • To actively participate in the organization of introductory programs for new personnel; • To identify the training needs of company employees; to develop materials, to organize and conduct trainings; • To develop and implement a system for annual evaluation and career development of the company employees; • To prepare reports for the department operation. Requirements: • Completed appropriate higher education; • Initiative and analytical thinking; • Communicative and dynamic personality, having organizational skills and teamwork skills; • Fluency in English & excellent level computer literacy; • Prior experience on position related to the described activities in the Human Resource Management field and knowledge or understanding of Bulgarian language, will be considered an advantage.
