Financial Officer for financial markets investment and supervision activities in Ukraine, Kyiv. Responsibilities: 1. Help to identify, develop and structure new debts, equity and other investments with financial markets companies . 2. Process investment projects through the internal approvals including investment committees and board approval. 3. Proactively monitor the operational and financial performance of portfolio investments, and participate in related discussions/negotiations. 4. Serve as a resource in support of the company overall financial markets strategy, including technical assistance. 5. Keep abreast of regulatory and market developments and other potential impact on the company investment activity Qualifications: 1. MBA degree and/or ACCA/CFA/CPA certification and 4 to 8 years of professional experience in banking or finance. 2. Strong financial analysis skills and business judgment. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Team player, with capacity to mentor/train more junior staff. 5. Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
