Duration: short-term / long-term

Job responsibilities:

• Perform organizational assessment of banks and MFIs and assist in the development and improvement of institutions' policies, organizational structure, and internal control systems• Develop and implement new SME loan products• Conduct staff training sessions and workshops on product roll-out• Perform market assessment and develop procedures and methodologies for lending to SMEs• Provide advisory and training services in innovative SME lending technology• Ensure successful delivery of the project

Requirements:

• University degree in Economic Sciences, Finance, Banking or related fields• At least 7 - 10 years of relevant international experience in implementing innovative SME lending operations• Banking and microfinance experience in SME lending• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in international development finance projects• Experience in training LOs and middle management• Strong analytical and communication skills (spoken and written)• Fluency in English and a strong command of Russian
