 Our client large international IT company is looking for Customer Support Director Responsibilities: • Hire, train and manage customer support staff • Establish customer service policies, processes and standards and control quality and compliance • Provide mentoring to ensure customer support department is providing effective, timely and professional client communication • Oversee the staff's performance reviews, set goals and objectives • Work closely with the Client Service Director to evaluate current processes and solutions and assist in planning and implementing new procedures and solutions to maximize efficiency • Review performance data to measure and monitor productivity and goal progress Requirements: • Bachelor or Master degree in law, preferably from leading university • Advanced oral and written English • 5+ years customer support experience • 3+ years management experience, preferably in IT environment • Knowledge of strategic planning, business and management principles and practices- Proficiency in MS Office suite, call center software and client communication tracking software • Motivating leader with strong motivational skills • Excellent communication skills • High level of integrity, strong analysis and decision-making skills • Ability to delegate, plan and remain organized • Salary will be determined based on experience.
