Representative office of IT company is looking for a Asisstent to HR-Manager.

The Human Resources assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in functional areas: employment, departmental development, employee relations, training and development.

The Human Resources assistant helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the HR Manager, and assists company managers with HR issues.

Responsibilities:

assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office; CV search, interviews, preliminary selection of specialists (most of all in IT, sales) of different levels; gathering references from previous employers; preparing candidates CVs for preview by Managers; organizing interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from Managers and candidates; providing advisory/counseling support to the candidates at all stages of the selection process; preparing and negotiating job offers for the candidates; personnel adaptation.

 

Requirements:

university degree; experience in recruitment is not necessary- we'll train from scratch (ready to take a student!); ability to meet short deadlines and make decisions fast and independently; at least intermediate English both written and spoken; good PC skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint); reactive and proactive, able to prioritize and make effective decisions;

good recruitment skills and ability to execute; initiative, self-organization, self-discipline;
