QA/Test Lead

Requirements:

• At least 1+ year of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
• Knowledge of methods and tools for Quality Management
• Strong critical thinking skills, responsibility and initiative
• Excellent leadership and team building skills
• Good level of English knowledge
• Good communication and teamwork skills, positive attitude and initiative, ability to work independently and implement organizational changes

Responsibilities:

• Manage work of QA team
• Describe, review and approve the management processes and create the Quality Management System
• Document, review and analyze the quality policy
• Analyze and recommend appropriate test plans and procedures for QA team
• Control, measure and improve the QA and testing processes in the company
• Maintain the corrective/preventive action system, including tracking the statuses of open actions, receiving and reviewing responses, working with departments for timely completion and periodic reports and metrics
