GP Advisors was formed in 2008 by the team of experts and soul mates as a legal and consulting company for providing clients with legal and financial advisory services concerning implementation of their projects in Ukraine, including investment projects with foreign investments. Nowadays the GP Advisors team consists of 9 people including two independent directors. The company conducts its activity not only in Ukraine but also in the CIS states, i.e. Russia and Kazakhstan in association with the local partners.
